This policy covers the websites moonfiregroup.com and aichatexporter.moonfiregroup.com (together, the “Sites”). It does not cover our apps and extension, which have their own policies:

Summary

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell your data, and visitors from the EU, UK and Switzerland are not measured unless they accept. If you write to us or book a call, we use what you give us to reply.

1. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, with a separate property for each Site. It records page views, scrolls, outbound link clicks, approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address), browser, device type, language and how you arrived at the Site. It sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_* to tell visits apart. Google Analytics does not log or store full IP addresses.

We do not turn on advertising features, we do not use Google Signals, and we do not link analytics data to your name or email address. Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Google processes this data on our behalf under its data processing terms and may do so outside India and your own country.

2. Your choice

A banner asks you to accept or decline analytics on your first visit, and we remember your answer in your browser’s local storage. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics stays off until you accept. Elsewhere it is on until you decline. To change your answer, clear this Site’s data in your browser and the banner will appear again. You can also block analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

3. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you type (such as your name, email address and message) and use them only to answer you. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

4. Booking a call

Booking a call opens Cal.com, which collects the details you enter to schedule the meeting. Cal.com handles that data under its own privacy policy.

5. Careers

Job and training applications are handled in our applicant tracking system. The details you submit there are used only to assess your application or enrolment.

6. Fonts, hosting and server logs

Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Our host, Hostinger, may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) for security and to keep the Sites running.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, who act for us, and where the law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU and UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw consent. Email Info@moonfiregroup.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

The Sites are aimed at businesses and adults and are not directed at children under 13.

10. Changes

If we change how the Sites handle data, we will update this page and its Effective Date.
